I searched for an image of a record album for ike ...

i searched for an image of a record album for ike and tina turner (ooh-poo-pah-doo) and the cover is not the one i have.can anyone tell me why ?

Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

Record companies, particularly in the 1960s, would release records under a variety of labels. (Example - An Elvis Presley album might first be released on RCA and later re-released on Camden records)  Usually the cover would change.

This happened for re-releases and distribution in foriegn markets, as well as when smaller labels would be bought up by competitors.

Since Ike & Tina were distributed on 11 different labels over the years, it's reasonable to assume that the album you speak of was released more than once.
