How does a video camera transmit clear live video to a persons pc laptop showing the rooms of a house which is for sale to the person pc laptop. How is the pc able to view the live video of the house for sale and the sales person is showing via video camera various rooms to the person  who can view all the rooms as they go from room to room on his pc laptop.?

I meat like you transfer to the t.V. From your camcorder on to your computer or play your camcorder and use view cam on it to the person....Let me know
