After being in a veru bad motorcycle accident traumatic injury, cariovasuclar Hx:(+) Heart condition unknown.

past surgical History: Shoulders, neck heart, lungs, feet hands broken, surgeries after accidents. Hip replacements, rib knee surgery 1980-2007

Review of systems Allergic/Immunologic:(+) alllergic symptoms, Cardiovascular:(-) cardiovascular problems or chest systoms, Constitutional Systoms:(-) constitional systoms such as fever, headache, nausea, dizziness, Ears, Nose, Mouth, Throat:(-) eye or vision problems, Hematologic/Lympahatic(-) bleeding problems, Integumentary:(-) skin related symptoms, Musculoskeletal:(-)joint or musculokeletal symptoms, Neurological(-) neurological symptoms or problems.

Eye Exam: Visual acuity- uncorrected

Visual acuity-corrected: OD:20/300 OS:20?30-2

Man I'm sorry to here about your friends accident, and yes you can help with his recovery.
In the past few month the sports community has recognized the importance of stem cell
