If traveling with luggage mid morning on a weekday, what is the fastest and most convenient way to get from StPancras Rail Station to Heathrow Airport? Taxi all the way or take Taxi to Paddington Station then train to Heathrow? Are there better options and what would be the estimated time with best option?

London Party Penguin.

I'd probably take a taxi or to Paddington and then use the Heathrow Express. You could also get the tube (the Piccadilly Line goes directly between St Pancras & Heathrow but it will take ages.)
