Has anyone had any dealings with International ...

Has anyone had any dealings with International Resorts out of Nevada? We had a guy name Michael Hall contact us saying he had a buyer for our Bluegreen points but needed $2000.00 to do the paperwork. We would get our money back from Creative Resorts and any other marketing firms we used to advertise. Sounds fishy to me, but need help.
