Will he talk?

My grandson, Daniel just terned five.  He is a very happy and well behaved child.  He is healthy and athletic-swims very well.  He interacts with other children and with adults.  Only recently has he started understanding words and following simple requests. He has sign language for maybe 15 words,  We are waiting for him to say something.  What is the probability that he will ever talk?

Have a friend who's child didn't start out with single words, but they like you worried that he didn't talk. Well, Low and behold, when he began to talk, he came out in complete sentences. Perhaps, Your Grandson will do the same thing when he's ready to speak.
