RE: Spirits stuck between...how to help them out ...

First you need to understand that what you may perceive as a spirit may only be your imagination playing tricks on you. If in fact you have a spirit, good or bad, it is not welcomed. A sacred ritual can be performed by saging the house from top to bottom, keeping a window or door open and asking the spirit to please leave, in a kind and gentle manner. Contact a Wiccan practioner before trying any magic on your own. Do not take this lightly, spirits that are trapped do not know they are dead and will not leave unless you tell them to go toward the light. Always be in positive mind and don't make a joke out of what you are doing. Good luck and blessed be.

Hello Maya, If you think you might have an entity in your house my suggestion to you is, first don't show your fear.Some entities will feed off your energy. Second ask God to surround you and your family with the White light of Jesus, Light one black candle and one white candle in the center of your house. The reason for this is, the black candle will absorb the negitive energy, and the white candle will allow the positive energy to flow through.Get a box of salt and sprinkle it through out your home going from room to room. If you have some one to help you, they can sage as you salt. If you don't,you can sage after. as you go through each room ( from attic to basement )in a calm voice TELL the entity to leave that their work is done, that they need to go to the white light of God. Some entities don't realize that they are dead,so you might get some restance.If that is the case, you have to explain it to them, and that this is YOUR home now and you want them to leave to go to God where they can unite with their loved ones on the other side.Sometime they are afraid to cross over.You have to explain, that God loves them and forgives them, But they need to go. I am so glad that I can be of help to you. You just need enough to sprinkle on the floors. What you are doing with the salt is ,clearing out any negitive energies that might be reeking havock with your gentle spirit.Sometimes another energy keeps them from crossing.Also, the negitive energy might be interfering with with your every day life.So,it is best to clear the air sort of speak. You will notice that the atmosphere of your home will feel much lighter( if all goes well ). Did you ask your entity what is keeping her here?The reason why I ask this, is that, you already Know that she wants to cross over. I would ask her what is keeping her here. My next suggestion is, when you cross over your entity,MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE ALL GATE WAYS.There are so many spirits on the other side that want to be noticed.You can get a flood of spirits coming in as your gentle spirit leaves. you MUST be very carefull.You must ask the Angles to protect you and to surround you and not to allow any more spirit to enter your home and to grant safe passage to the one your crossing over.
