Did we really reach the Moon?I donot think so at all.The reason that I want to know is because if we reached the Moon why is that we cannot build a lauch pad on it so that we could reach to Marsmuch faster. We didnot send a probr to explore the Moon before we sent man to explore it back then.We need to send human beings to Mars to see what is there & stop spend Billions of dollars on a robot.I still donot believe we ever reached the Moon as yet that is why we cannot(US & Other Countries)find a way to go to Mars.

I'm still baffled when people say we didn't go to the moon... I think we actually WENT to the moon, and found some very interesting things, but we certainly went.

You are entitled to believe what you want. If we didn't go there, then why didn't Russia or China call our bluff and demand proof. Why are they spending all that money studying the planets, moons and outer space, like we are doing? Besides, if we didn't go there, then why did we do it so many times? Once would have been enough it it had been faked. If you don't believe that we went to the moon, how can you believe that we sent a robot. It would be just as easy to fake that too. It is obvious that you have no concept of the problems of keeping humans alive on the moon long enough to build your idea of a launch pad.

Why build a launch pad on the moon along with all the necessary hardware to support life when we could just build it in space and not have to go to the expense and effort of launching off the moon.

The space station and the return to the moon is necessary to work out the problems and difficulties encountered in living in a vacuum and protecting the human body against the radiation from the sun. Of course, you probably don't believe this either.

If you think that all we need to do is to put people on a space ship and send them to Mars, why don't you volunteer to go now before they waste all that money making sure you would get there and back safely.

in order to reach mars we would either need to travel faster than light, use slip stream, or open a hypredrive window, unless there is a stargate there. the distance is too long for humans at this time.

I donot think so if we did why were not going back there for the last 30 years. How could we back then when we have have all the equipment that we have now.It was a lie then just like now.

What proof to we have that Russia or China went there? So if we went there, why we donot go back for more exploriane. We  spend all this money for no reason. So my question still goes back to my original question, why we donot build a station on the moon so we could go to Mars much qicker then.We never had the technology to go the Moon over 30 years ago.

I agree with u but the question is still there did we go to the Moon?I donot believe that, cause we didnot have the technologe back then.

Well we did have spell check and still do. and as a NASA brat I can tell you that we did have the technology and we were well beyond that level as a matter of fact, but the cold war placed restraints on everything.

Hey Apollo,

I can see there is no way for the undereducated, non-believers to accept what the majority of people working in the industrial, science, educational fields understand. They are the same ones that are complaining about the money that NASA receives. What they don't understand or complain about is the many benifits that are derived from that money. For every $1 NASA receives, the business and private sector gets back $7. Todays computers, air travel safety, medicine, automobile safety, and the list goes on and on, came from NASA. They will probably deny that also. As far as going back to the moon, it's obvious to me that you have not been reading the news for the past several years?
