is it true that pluto is really twin planets moving togather ?  also does the moon rotate or is it still and revolve motionless ?

I'm no expert, but when teaching science a few years back, I was surprised to learn that Pluto was not considered a planet anymore. The moon has to turn to keep facing Earth.
