Basically, what you put out you will receive. If you are a negative person, people will respond negatively to you bringing more negativity into your life. If you are a positive person, people will respond postively and positive energy will come into your life. This "scientific" law is also found in the Bible. "Do unto others as you would have done to you"

It's a bunch of baloney. We do not create reality with our minds. Reality is there, our minds are supposed to try to understand it.

tsjhak has a good post, but I don't think that's what people (new agers especially) mean by the law of attraction.
