(liberty snowmobile engine)I have a 1999 600 xc.I am putting in new rings,every thing looks fine.question in the cyclnder above the exhaust port is a small hole drilled in there ,this loses about half of compression stroke.was told its a decomp for non-electric start,he said plug it for better lower end .will this hurt anything if i do.thank you.
