I want to be honest and say I am not a Jehovah's Witness myself, but I am friendly to them as they call at my door all the time and they give me literature and frankly I ask them about this subject. I was told they prefer that they marry those within the faith. I know the Bible says to not be unequally yoked together usually meaning not to intermarry. However most religions do intermarry and this lady told me that they do accept persons who marry outside their religion and pray for the person they marry to become a believer. I hope you understand that your beliefs are quite different from most other denominations and Christians and a non-believer will find it difficult to understand why he should not save your life with a blood transfusion if you were in an accident and needed blood according to a dr. It would be even more difficult if it was your child that needed the blood and you said no to a transfusion. Martial conflict would be real. I site this as only one example of several issues you are aware of that your faith holds that are different from the rest of us. Have you discussed this with any one in your kingdom hall locally? I am pretty sure they will tell you no. They will warn you of the dangers. If you do not listen to them and were to marry outside the faith, you would have great difficulty but some Hall would accept you according to the lady that calls at my door regularly. May God guide you in this important decision. It is very important, especially if you are a committed Jehovah Witness. May God bless and guide you.
