Processed foods are generally considered "unhealthy" because many are high in saturated fats, and/or sugars, and/or sodium, and/or high-glycemic carbohydrates. I chanced upon a processed food at my local Aldi store that I think is wholesome and healthy for you. So I am here to share the ingredients with you. Here it is.
