Does our earth change the seasons by going up and down in relation to the sun? Does it lean back and forth on its North, South axis? What is America's season when the sun is farthist away cuz earth's circle around the sun is not round?
Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.
The Earth doesn't move up and down; it is always slightly tilted as it circles around the Sun. During the months that we experience summer in North America, the tilt exposes us to more direct sunlight, thus warmer temperatures. A few months later, we are tilted away from the sun and the southern hemisphere of the planet has their summer.
