My rights against school district, they keep ...

my rights against school district, they keep harassing me every week my kids have straight a's but they have been tardy by 1 minute three times i have had 2 meetings regarding this, I want to sue them. now they say if the kids are sick they have to come to school and the school nurse will determine if they are sick enough to stay home

I think that you should schedule an appointment with someone from the school district and/or speak with someone on the phone, or even write a letter.  Let them know what your concerns are.  You as the parent have a right to keep your child home if they are sick, however you might need to take your child to the doctor in order to get a doctor's note (so it will be an excused absence).  As far as being late to school, try your best to get your kids to school on time.  It's obviously important to the school that the kids learn how to be punctual.  You can also make a meeting with the teacher and explain how maybe it's difficult for you to get your child to school exactly on time sometimes.
