How/should (do) I get a restraining order against my wife's boyfriend? I want to legally prohibit him from seeing our 11 year old son. My wife wanted him to do an intervention with our son due to his poor behavior and failing school grades. I prohibited that from occuring. I don't want him to see my son one-on-one. We attend the same Christian church.
