ok i hardly remember this film so I'll be amazed and so pleased if someone knows what I'm on about cos its driving me crazy not remembering the name.K this is all i remember there's a rich or famous mum who has a young daughter. The daughters the sensible one and the mum is always busy ... - their was a scene where the kid was on her way to/from school and she looks at her watch i think a she was always telling her mum to take medicine or something the kid over worried anyway. I think there was an ill person but not too sure and at the end there was another scene where the kid ran away to this old fair ground and sat on one of the rides for ages it was night time. I think the film was about the kid becoming freer or something but not too sure anybody have any ideas?
