Thank you for your answer, it is most appreciated.  I am wondering if you know anything about Romania and the Romanian people.  I am very fascinated with  that country and hope to travel there someday.  I do have a fiance there who is having a long time getting a visa to come to this country.  Any information you might have to give him on how to get a visa faster would be so appreciated.

SHYANNE
