When I make call or receive voice is garbled

majicjack my # is 517 481-6097, I can dial out and receive calls but then the voice of the other person starts to oscelate like when a dvd is dirty and plays the same thing over and over.  I can not complete a phone conversation.  I have changed USB ports, shut off modum and DSL, shut down my computer and tried another telephone head set - nothing seems to work. - What do I need to do ?

had the same problem. deleted history files in both Internet Explorer and in Firefox, deleted .wav files in Xp. Shutdown and restarted and magic jack nows works fine

plus I went to magic jack and downloaded the upgrade
