Is there a reason that you don't like Obama's health "care" plan?

What is wrong with Obama's health plan? I put together my own outline. I'd like to know if anybody thinks that I missed anything.

1  The messenger, Barack Obama
     a.      He has a liar history
           i.      His parents started him on a life of lies
              1.      His parents’ marriage is undocumented but claimed.

              6.      He promised for “transparency” but hides his personal data.
              7.      He lies about what the problems with the current system are
                  a.       The president claimed that the cost of treating uninsured people raises the cost of health care for the rest of Americans by $1,000 per family.
                  b.      The Web site pointed to research by the Kaiser Family       Foundation that showed the $1,000 figure is "clearly an exaggeration."
                  c.       According to the foundation, the amount of costs that care providers can shift to the privately insured is only about $8 billion, which Factcheck.org calculated comes to about $200 per family per year.
b.      He had so little experience in Congress
c.      He showed that he knew little, feeling a need to vote “present” over a hundred times.
d.      He grew up in Chicago “Machine” politics
e.      He had no real plans, he had ideas, instead, for most of his campaign “promises” and that makes this “plan” unbelievable.
                                                               i.      His “promises” to fix things were based on nothing and similar to Miss America talking about “peace in the world”.
ii.      His ideas sounded good, but so similar to campaigning for baseball, apple pie, hot dogs, and Chevrolet.
                                                            iii.      Tax increases
1.      First he said there would be no tax increases for those who earn less than $250,000.

f.        His choices for “leadership” under him are bad.
                                                               i.      He went ahead with the bailout, which was against the better judgment of at least 90% of the people and it has yet to be proven to be doing anything useful.
1.      The economy seems to be coming back despite the plan doing no good.
2.      The only reason that the economy seems to be looking better is because the bailout money is supporting those how those “results” seem but that aren’t really.
ii.      Ezekiel Manuel wrote (as was reported in Lancet magazine)
1.      His being the brother of Rahm Emanuel seems like nepotism.
2.      His thoughts in Lancet

b.      It told how “social usefulness” will be a criteria to help decide who gets what.
                                                                                                                                       i.      Who will be doing the deciding?
1.      This has too great a possibility to be political.
2.      Somebody could decide, based on political party affiliation.
ii.      What is the standard for “social usefulness”.
1.      Maybe one person thinks an old person is not “socially useful” but their relatives might disagree.

g.      People are worried about Obama leading the USA to becoming a socialist nation.
                                                               i.      Obama grew up under the influence of people who were for socialism.
ii.      People are worrying about the Constitution and the sovereignty of the USA
1.      Obama stated that he wanted to “update” the Constitution.
2.      Obama is for making the UN more powerful and the USA less powerful
3.      Fighting against and demonizing those against the plan shows a dislike of the first amendment.
4.      Promoting bills or international laws to ban guns shows a dislike of the second amendment.
5.      Since the government took over the USA car industry and even fired the CEO of General Motors, the federal government is going beyond what its constitutional powers meant for it to do.
h.      When all other plans are gone (because those under current plans will eventually die and nobody will be allowed to have current plans after the date this plan is initiated), there will be no choice.

                                                               i.      Instead of rightfully affirming that once the plan takes effect, no other plans will be available, he tells how people can keep their present plans, but that doesn’t address what is being asked about.
ii.      FactCheck.org told how it is likely that employers will find it too expensive to continue current plans.
c.      The plan would, supposedly, be less expensive but the Congressional Budget Office said otherwise.
6                    Obama’s supporters use the media to show falsehoods.
a.      In the Huffington Post a young man was said to be saluting as if to Hitler but the upraised arm was holding a sign.
b.      A man was holding a sign comparing Obama to Hitler, to make protesters look bad, and was later seen handing out Democrat literature. ACORN, which has a track record of doing things that are illegal, will be signing people up.

Stevor, I applaud you in the compiling of this bit of old news of what Obama is and stands for. As for cutting and pasteing, it's still a great job. Anything against Obama always gets negative results, you and I both know that.

There ae several things wrong with your post but there are so many things that I can't reply to all of them. He is a liar so that answers a few of your points, he also didn't come to Chicago until he was of college age as far as I know, when he ran for Senator most people here didn't know who he was. He was more invbolved with Acorn and terrorists and con men, well I guess tha tis the Chicago machine isn't it.

The point is, nowhere in the constitution does it say anything about health care, Where he got the idea that he could come in here an dforce health care on us is beyond me, no one wants it, at least not what he is offering and at this point no matter what he promises no one trusts him because he is a proven liar. He has already cut 500 billion dollars from Medicare so he has left seniors uncovbered for most things and people who have insurance and also use Medicare as their primary insurance will now have ot pay most of the costs out of pocket so if this health care doesn't go through  the seniors will have no coverage at all. Obama seems to be targeting the sick and elderly and thats a cowardly thing to do. There will be no options and all of your medical records will be held by the IRS, they will be handling your payments and your medical records, you will not be able ot keep your insurance policey. Thsi health care program is not free, people think it is but it isn't , someone has to pay for it, and they will be taking it directly from you and your bank account, they already take medicare out of Social security checks, and with that 500 billion cut in Medicare they hav enot cut the payments they take from the Seniors payments, so they are paying the same amount a month for half the coverage.

I personally do not believe Obama is an American, not in thought and not in deed, I think he should be impeached and if enough people emailed or wrote to their Representatives they would have to ask him to step down according to the constitution. This man stood with his hands folded and his back to the flag while others held their hand over their hearts during the pledge to the American flag, and people actually voted for this person, what did they think he was?  He is a communist  and his plans are to change America completely, he told everyone that during his campaign speeches and yet they still voted for him. His devotion to the UN is frightening and they will be coming in soon with their own constitution, if anyone bothered to go to his campaign website they would have seen all of the taxes he had ready for us including a world poverty tax and a reparations bill and quite a few others, the climate change bill/energy bill will put everyone in the poor house and living without heat or electricity since it will be very expensive, still they voted for him.

Now he is going to visit the schools and start in with our children, most parents are keeping their children out of School that day. He wanted to ask the children to help him and to give him ideas on what they thought he should do, he made a big mistake with that idea, as he will find out. Several Hollywood stars and Rock singers have made trailers saying they will devote themselves to Obamas service, they should because I will not go and see their movies, that includes Demi Moore. When a Hollywood star tells you to vote for womeone for some reason people listen, they listen to these socialists and airheads as if they knew wahty they were taling aobut  or cared what will happen ot America, most of them can afford to run off to the South of France to live, we can't . But you listend and you voted for him.

Most of the things you said in your post are true and if jus ttwo or three of them were true this man should not be in office. The saying  "Birds of a feather flock together shoudl tell you something. look at the people he has associated himself with before he became President, terrorists, Murderers both here and in Africa and con men and the people whe put in his cabinet are not better, mos tof them are members of the globalist Anti American CFR as are most of the Senators and Congressmen that are now in office, which is why no one opposes him, these are not men of integrety and all of them should be thrown out in the next election.

I suggest to you that you get busy calling your Representatives and demand impeachment. period.

I am quite astonished to find so many of them do not like Obama's policy or his ways of function. I think people do not realize that it takes time to implement programs on a national or an international level. if people are so offended by the president, why they don't join a political party and try to earn a candidature for presidential nominee.

What a bunch of fools you all are . I suppose y'all believe in death panels, and government health care paying for abortions, and sex change operations  too.

Every time a Repuglican is president the economy has gone into a downturn. When democrats are in the economy does well. Why is that?  With Bush, cheney (the REAL ex-president) and all their greedy ,moneygrubbing, scumbag cohorts really set this country in a downward spiral. You can't tell me any of them really gave a shit for any of us common people. They just wanted their money and power.

Obama's proposed government run (socialist) healthcare programs simply WILL NOT work, this HAS NOT worked in other countries, so why should the people of the United States believe it will work for them?

However, the following will make a major difference in the cost of health care. Please take note how Obama tends to skip over the subject of TORT REFORM when this is mentioned as one of the solutions to the cost of health care! Why? Because besides being our President he's also an attorney, that's why! Bill Clinton WAS also an attorney in Arkansas, who's health care plan also failed. Clinton also failed to address TORT REFORM, for the same reason that Obama has.

Health insurance costs started rising around 1976 when the legal profession here in the United States was allowed to start advertising. Attorneys will only file a CIVIL law suit against parties who have the ability to pay, or against those who have an insurance company that's most likely to settle out of court. Because of this the medical profession is a prime target for lawsuits, primarily because of the money to be gained by the legal profession from the medical facilities malpractice insurance company. After a law suit has been filed against a medical facility, the attorney for the plaintiff will seek an out of court settlement from the medical facilities malpractice insurance company. The malpractice insurance company has two options: (1) Settle out of court or: (2) Go to court and face the cost of a very expensive trial by jury. Why a trial by jury? As per the 7th Amendment of the US Constitution:

In Suits at Common Law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried to a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the Common Law”.

Due to the 7th Amendment, either party to a CIVIL law suit can request a trial by jury, the other party to the law suit has NO LEGAL right to object to a trial by jury, this is where the Medical profession gets had! Here's a hypothetical example: The dollar amount stated in the law suit could be for any amount of money above twenty dollars, the cost of a trial by jury could be in the area of perhaps $250,000. The plaintiffs attorney would then offer to settle out of court for perhaps $100,000, an amount far less than the cost of a trial by jury, the insurance company would most likely take the offer without the case going to trial because the out of court settlement offer is the least expensive of the two. If the insurance company agrees to a trial by jury and they win the case they're still out $250,000 in legal expenses. This is why as much as 50% of the medical facilities gross income is paid out for malpractice insurance, because of these out of court settlements! This added cost is then passed on to the public in the form of higher medical insurance premiums. On the other hand, if the case were tried by a judge (no trial by jury) the case would either be thrown out or a REASONABLE judgment entered.

A way to avoid this legalized EXTORSION and reduce the cost of medical coverage is to modify the 7th amendment to the US Constitution. The modification would state that BOTH the plaintiff(s) and the defendant(s) in a CIVIL law suit must consent to a trial by jury before a jury trial could take place, otherwise the case would tried by a judge. In most cases trial lawyers won't bother filing a law suit if the consent of the defendant and plaintiff was a requirement for a trial by jury because they wouldn't be able to use the threat of a trial by jury to obtain a QUICK out of court settlement. This example applies ONLY to CIVIL law suits and WOULD NOT be applicable in criminal cases. In criminal cases the defendant would still be entitled to a jury trial.

With the modification to the 7th amendment in place lawsuits across the nation would drop off drastically, especially when it comes to the medical profession. After the change to the 7th Amendment the cost of malpractice insurance will drop accordingly, thus GREATLY reducing the cost of health insurance to the public! With the cost of health care reduced to the the people of this country they will have more money to spend on other things and giving a healthy boost to our economy which includes a reduction in unemployment.

The only real problem with getting a modification to the 7th amendment passed is a good percentage of our congressional leaders are attorneys (including President Barrack Obama) who will fight this change to the very end, because it would make it far more difficult for them to EXTORT the public once they leave office and resume their primary profession as attorneys.

It's time for TORT REFORM by modifying the 7th amendment and chasing the FOX out of the hen house once and for all, and give the American public back affordable health coverage that they once had prior to 1976.

Please forward this message to everyone you know, including your congressional representatives.

Microchiping included in Healthcare Bill?

Buried deep within the over 1,000 pages of the massive US Health Care Bill (PDF) in a “non-discussed” section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521— National Medical Device Registry, and which states its purpose as:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.
