Does anyone realize that Obamas Health care Reform is illegal!

Many realize it, but few are taking Obummer on directly! I think 14 States have taken Action against the Federal Govt. by reserving for themselves & their Citizens the right for "Self-Determination" on Health Care. Another 11 & I Guaranty it won't happen!!! I just don't see what is taking so long to toss Obummer out on his Ears???   John

This issue is just one more attempt by our government to strip us of our rights. The congress will use the commerce clause as its right to force us to pay a "tax" for the "health care bill" we dont want. They (The Congress) will  try to force this down our throats just like the stimulus bill, after all 70% of Americans didn't want that either. They (The Congress) are choosing to overlook a little line in the constitution " No Taxation without Representation". But I say this, if our Reps aren't representing us then how can this tax be legal?  How can we pursue our right to happiness if it's our government that is making us miserable? Where did our right to choose go? When it applies to abortion they(The Liberals) are all over it, however when it applies to anything else  it doesn't exist! We cant continue to allow them (Elected Officials) to pick and choose where they want to apply the constitution. This fight starts and ends with the federal supreme court. As long as they (The White House)  keep  appointing justices like Sotomayor we wont have a chance at handling this in a lawful manner. Just another thought, since they (Elected Officials) have deemed this to be the most important event in American history. Why are we (The People) not given the chance to vote on it?? This seems to be the logical thing to do. Knowing that we (The People) are scheduled to vote in another election in 2010. Whats the harm in postponing this till then, just add it to the ballot? Whats the rush? Since this is supposed to be about the people, and what we want. right??

Yes the goverment is to be impartial when it comes to a business and they are to break all ties with the special interest groups. As the Goverment now choses to over look this rule of law. As they are impartial to all businesses but yet they choose to run Banking,Insurance Companys, Credit cards,and the Automotive industry. What now be in business as a not for profit private insurance company as the goverment is NOT FOR PROFIT ORGINAZINEATINE  read your Tax Codes they will tell you.

Bullsh*t....funny how you racist lying asshats never complain about Medicare for seniors which is essentially the same thing. If the very same healthcare reform was being suggested by a Repub. or even a Caucasian Pres. of any political party you would be objecting to little to nothing about the plan whatsoever.

But really it and you don't matter in terms of the big picture....we ARE getting reform of some sort even if you don't like it.....and after it passes Obama will get to count it as a win on domestic issues. Period. End of story.

    We spent the weekend at McEntire Airforce Base near Sumpter South Carolina. It was most enlightening to have the time to actually talk to some of the young men in uniform. These young men are bright, dedicated, and very proficient at their job. We were both duly impressed.
I cannot say enough about these young defenders of America. 

    The one point I would like to make. When you mention the word OBAMA in the presence of these young Americans, be prepared for the harsh reality that their Commander In Chief is anything BUT that. There is no respect for Obama. At least none that we heard. Very sad. Yet, they will continue to support you and this country with all of their being, with all of their soul, and if necessary their lives. Amazing really. 

    When you view this video, and it only takes two minutes, just ask yourself two questions. 

    How did America get into this mess with the Left trying to destroy all that we believe in?
Second, How do we get out of this with our Country in tact? We still have three years of this maniacal madness. 

    One last thought. It seems that if this continues the only true recipients of all of this thought process, are going to be the people who are here Illegally. What the hell is wrong with that picture. Illegal is illegal is illegal!

I take this recent statement by Dr. Charles Krathammer not as fact, but as a distinct possibility.

I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the Climate Change Meeting that will be occurring in December, (Copenhagen), and the potential ramifications on Americas Sovereignty? At this point I don't, but am trying to educate myself as to the possible outcomes. Why? Because it is really starting to assail my basic American sensibility. Sorry, but I kind of like what freedoms we still posses, and have this unnerving feeling that what this administration is trying to do with OUR country is simple. That is to Take us into economic parity with the rest of the developed nations. Instead of being number ONE, we shall be ONE of many.

Dr. Krathammers statement, or belief.

"Obama doesn't really see himself as President of the United States, but more as a ruler over the world.  He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their
agendas.  He sees moral equivalency in all cultures.  His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America, as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors.  This is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!"


With that thought in mind I have taken several sections of the proposed Global Climate Change Treaty and did a little cutting and pasting.
What you will notice is what I call a lot of multiple choice language. Depending on the choices taken, and the signatures adhered to, will basically determine what we as a once sovereign nation will contribute to the rest of the world. From what I can tell, if the proper wording is picked in the FILL IN THE BLANKS, we will be screwed.  You be the judge.


Here are some of the excerpts. Once again you be the judge.
When I filled in the most conservative blanks, guess what? Take the first paragraph and you fill in the blank and ask yourself, WHAT DOES THIS DO TO OUR ECONOMY? OUR JOBS? OUR WAY OF LIFE???

At this point there are 200 pages of this piece of work. 


Does the Carbon Issue need to be addressed? Yes. Does Health Care need to be addressed. Yes.
How? In small, systematic increments that actually accomplish the ends to the mean. That don't disrupt our whole social and economic system at the insistence of our Presidents outlook on our FLAWED and unfair nation.


The question that I need to ask is very simple. Is this GCC treaty a means to Obama's true goal as suggested by Dr. Krathammer? How does this tie into Cap and Trade, Health Care, Compensation Control, Education, and all of the other radical changes that he is trying to enact?


I think that we are starting to see the larger picture now.

As an American, concerned with and for America, NOT a party, an agenda, or a particular politician, I beg you to please use your god given brain to think about what it is you are advocating. Please remember that what you and I are discussing has yet to be fully disclosed to us. We are discussing for and against an unknown. Just the concepts that have been handed down to us by those with an agenda.


We both agree that Health Care, needs reform. It needs an overhaul, but not at the price, the unaffordable price that the current legislation is going to cost. At least the projected cost of what has been shown us to date. This is your future, these are your dollars, this is the legacy that you will have to live with. Trust me when I say the path you are choosing is flawed.


Massive change, equals massive disruption. Massive power, equals massive corruption. We as Americans cannot afford to have the foxes watching the chickens. It never has, and never will work. The foxes get fat, (for a while) then the chickens get consumed. As a result the foxes die of starvation. It is a cycle of life that is doomed from the start. No belief in political rhetoric is going to change the axiom.


To be ideologically involved is a wonderful thing. To be ideologic without using logic in this debate is simply to become someone's political pawn. This is moronic at best.


America has and will continue to be great because of one underlying principle. That principle is the separation of powers which our forefathers had the foresight to employ in our founding documents. What does this do. It simply keeps the balance of power in check. If power is kept in check then this ship, this America, this country will continue to flourish and lead the world with innovation and compassion. Don't get me wrong, sometimes we screw it up. It is not perfect, but the overall larger result has been to better this world even with the mistakes. Our ship needs to remain upright.


It is my belief that this current administration wants to upset this balance. They want unprecedented control. What does this mean for you, and your future if we allow this to happen? What does this mean for your children? What does this mean for the World that has quite frankly looked to the United States as the savior of freedom, and guardian of peace? Look back at your history and ask yourself, "Where would I be if my country had not taken the steps it did against Hitler. Against Japan. Against the Russians. And now, against radical Islamic factions that want to strip you not only your way of life, but most likely your life itself. Where would I be now if we as a Nation had gone down a path of one party rule with no separation of powers. Just look at your history of the nations that have followed this course. This is all I ask of you, and that is to open your eyes and see what has occurred throughout history. It is not magic. Just a reality check on how truly great OUR America is because of the foresight of these founding principles.


I know what you are thinking. It sure is a far stretch from Health Care to Fundamental Islamic factions. However, I will point out to you that it is ALL  part of the same connection. The connection is simple. The connection is our sovereign government, and its ability to choose, not through a single source of knowledge or rule, but through the multiple layers of individual and collective thoughts that have been created. A process that, as stated has not been perfect, but has proven through the ages to be functionally correct a majority of the time. To be blunt, a tract record that is not open for debate, as the results cannot be skewed by those with focused agendas.

I don't mean this sarcastically, but more in the light that without some of life's experiences it is hard to be fully versed in what is being thrown at us in this political debate. I am not sure anyone is or can be fully versed, no matter the age. However, with age sometimes comes a more rounded perspective. It is with this perspective that I ask you to truly look at what is being asked of you. Not by your convictions, but by the convictions of others. How are these actions going to impact those who fall under the sphere of influence and rhetoric. What is the fallout going to look like to my children? What is the fallout? Is the cost maintainable for the benefits being proposed. or, are the benefits being proposed simply a ploy for those less scrupulous in a simple grab for power.This power grab is not new to history, in the past, the present, nor the future. I am simply asking you to think about these things before you sign on to a program that none of us truly knows the magnitude, or the scope of, as they have yet to be disclosed. What I am asking you to do, as I am doing myself, is to simply think.
