Why dont the government pass a law that would say that when a bank goes into foreclosure the owners forfit the money they made from the bank. This would stop all these bad loans they make and get down to reality?

to understand the big picture understand that modern banking has been in place for over 400yrs back to the Bank of England. The banking lobby is firmly entrenched in Washington and the bailouts are another real life example.

I'm an investor, have a loan mod business (residential and commercial mods) and I'm in the trenches every day so I know what is really going on.  The govt website makinghomeaffordable.gov tells homeowners "...don't pay walk away..." implyiing loan mod companies are scams.

Yet the asst Treasury Sec. when asked about the success of the Obama Housing Plan said ".. we're disappointed with the results...".   We say this coming for months yet the govt is claiming they are the only solution along with govt sponsored non-profits which are barely effective.

Why do you think that is?  The banking lobby controls legislation. Follow the money to Dodd and Frank, very easy to put it together.

Hope that helps give you the big picture. Once final tip. Read "The Creature from Jeckyll Island" about the creation of the Federal Reserve to learn how corrupt the system is.

Finally Rep. Louis McPhadden brought formal charges against the Federal Reserve in the 1930's. He was poisoned 6mos later after exposing the fed for all members to see.
