Do you have a particular question or are you just venting?
Your post sounds a lot like, "Poor me; give me money."
I am sorry your life is hard and the people who should care for you have chosen not to. Everyone deserves and needs to be loved, and it sounds as though you have had very little of that.
Nevertheless, YOUR LIFE is what YOU choose to make of it.
You can do anything you set your mind to doing, there just may not be an easy way to do it. If you want to go to college, work to get top grades in school and apply for scholarships.
Not all scholarships are merit based (based on grades). Some are based on need. Some are even earmarked for students who have overcome terrible living situations in order to get to where they want to be. Some even cover living expenses as well as educational expenses!
Sounds like something you could qualify for, doesn't it?
My suggestion is for you to quit whining and feeling sorry for yourself. Make some long range goals and start working towards them. Surround yourself with people who encourage, rather than discourage you. Look for mentors at school, at work, at church or in the community.
There are people who will be glad to help you - as long as you are first ready and willing to help yourself.
Good luck.
