Well there's not much to think about, like I said people have been predicting the end of the world for thousands of years, and we're still here. From Biblical "phrophets", to philosophers, to soothsayers, what makes you think it's different now? I prefer to put my faith in scientific fact and thus far, I haven't seen any to indicate such an event to be forthcoming.
