Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

It sounds as though you might benefit from a few sessions with a counselor. Ask your physician for a referral to a good therapist or contact your local mental health council.

Good luck.

"I am"

"i have problem making decisions and affraid to makechages or start new things" - so do the rest of the population at some point in their lives.

"I get confuse" - you're not alone there.

"alot or scare" - like most of us.

"I dont know" - none of us do really.

"please help" - good for you for asking!

"I want to change my  life.,then change it - right now but i dont see an exit..don't look for one, you'll never find it all though, i know ther e is one always is and where to find it." - as always, right under your nose but of course we're too busy searching, seeking, analyzing, pulling apart that we end up missing it altogether. And eventually fall off the track.

1. Talk about it. (specifically to get it out not necessarily to accept whats coming back as golden knowledge)

2. Read some books. (Do you read?)

3. You only have to focus on the "right now", present time, at this very moment, this very second. The next few seconds will of course come, followed by the next minute, hour, day, week and so forth. But right now, only this second counts.

These are 3 very random recommendations that I have "actually" read and it certainly brought about a new light on things in my environment.

The Journey by Brandon Bays, was given to me by a friend who obviously noticed a few things on the quiet side.

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, I bought myself after the big global hype. Had to see what it was all about.  Glad I did.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R.Covey, my "boss" gave me a copy of this book - random huh, but I tell you what I got so much out of it I sent Mr Covey an email.  Guess what?... he sent two autograhed copies with a personal inscription on the inside cover, wow! I knew then progress within my mind had certainly upscaled incredibly.

Finally... Don't Give Up!

Cheers,

Mr J

You seem to have a lot of fears that produce anxiety.  It is hard to follow through with change when it provokes so much anxiety.  I don't know what all of it is about but I would suggest facing your fears one at a time.  This takes a lot of courage and you may have to dig deep to find it but it is there.  I believe each of us has the power to overcome our fears if we so choose.  Start with small changes and pat yourself on the back after each success.  Don't overwhelm yourself by expecting big changes too fast.  Change takes time.  Take it slowly.

Jeylin, please look into counseling. Not all counselors are qualified to prescribe medication and you will not be forced to take any medication against your wishes.

I am not a doctor, but what you describe sounds to me as though it could be addressed with what is known as 'talk' therapy.

In other words, it will be you and your counselor - just talking - and your counselor will guide you as you discuss these issues and learn how to deal with them. Do think about it, won't you?

Take care,
