It's a waste, political gossip and conspiracy theories.  Shameful that people buy it, drama queens the worst indulgent in this.  Watch out, drama queens use and abuse you, don't get too friendly they turn like rabid dogs.

answer: Yes

To distribute information based in bias towards political ideas or others that may influence the government 'body'.  Restrictions have been made due to the overly active influences causing panic, and paranoia due to mis information or gossip (propaganda) and once this is done; they are no longer exempt in the tax code.  Why?  They not doing what they originally intended to do or accomplish.

Do the restrictions on propaganda in the Internal Revenue Service’s tax-exempt criteria   refer to the organization’s exclusion of promoting falsehood? Please answer yes, no, uncertain, or don’t know.

answer:  Yes

This protects the separation clause in the first amendment to the Constitution and exhibits the 16 amendments rights to tax a group that isn't exempt due to not being just an exempt order, but one that is similar to grass roots groups as is ASPCA.  Freedom of speech isn't abolished just the idea that this is an organized help center or mission.

Is the non-profit Church instructed by the Internal Revenue Service on specific activities they forbid? Please answer yes, no, uncertain, or don’t know.

answer: no

Nothing is forbidden, just separated from what is the actual cause of the Church which is to nourish it's congregants.

If this church is not just nourishing it's congregants of their spiritual needs, which instructs them how to live, to nourish their minds and bodies, and give that back to the community in their spirit.

If they are becoming a political body which effects the first amendments right for other groups to not be a political body it infects all other spiritually nourishing entities their freedom to choose. Directly harming the first amendments rights to express what ever their beliefs are, religion isn't a government concern, except it's freedom to be religions.  Whatever, happened to render to Caesars what is Caesars and render to God what is God's - the figurehead of this religion understood the Separation of Church and State.

Must the Christian Church strive to be independent of public influences in order to remain a moral gauge for society? Please answer yes, no, uncertain, or don’t know.

answer:  Yes

When entering the political arena; it no longer conveys it's most important message which is to nourish it's congregants' spiritual needs.

Does the Internal Revenue Service’s enforcement for tax-exempt status include documented standards for imposing penalties on the accused non-profit Church? Please answer yes, no, uncertain, or don’t know.

answer:  Yes

If remaining equal under the laws of other political grass roots groups then yes, they pay their taxes.  Everyone should there are no exceptions.

Has the Internal Revenue Service succeeded in impeding Christians in the non-profit Church from discouraging the endorsement of specific community officials who live a lifestyle that is opposition to the teachings of Christ? Please answer yes, no, uncertain, or don’t know?

answer:  No.
