What's the best way to produce Photo Realistic Scilk Screen Prints? I have the ability to do large scale photo emulsion screens, but I am unsure of how to transfer a photo to the screen and keep the quality and details of the photo. If you have any suggestions, tips and ideas would I would be most grateful. This is for a school project, but my teacher is a little clueless even though she has a degree in printmaking. Thanks for the help.MKMK

I recomend using 4-color process also known as CMYK in most printing computer programs (colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) cross to create all colors in spectrum. Very Fine screen mesh is required as well as a climate controlled cool temp. studio Back flooding screen after pulling insures that it will not dry out perhaps any or as often. Nazdar or Sourceone publishes a fantastic Screen Printing Inks Application Guide that describes every ink for every substaight.
