Serious problem!!!!!!

how do I access my blue service. I have tried and a relative untrustable has posession of my BCBS number and info on card. I have cancer. She is very brillant ( ask the goverment ) How do I make sure she cannot access my account as she has already and even obtained medical records. Will the pin number be the solution? If so how do I go through the steps to obtain it ASAP Suzanne Annis (member)
