in Prison Break, can anyone tell me why lincoln and michael are in prison to begin with? i think lincoln stands accused of killing someone but what is his brother in jail for?

Lincoln is in Fox River Prison for allegedly killing the president's brother (he was actually set up) and Michael got the blueprints to Fox River, studied them and then held up a bank so that he could get into Fox River to help Lincoln break out.
