Could i be pregnant with these symptoms

for about 2wks my boobs have been really sore and so have my nipples to tha point i cant even touch them an i have knots in them could i be pregnant?im also eatin more an wantin more then i usally did and ive been peein alot an wakin up with busting headaches but then when i get up an move around it goes away are these some of tha first signs of pregnancy

Well having sore boobs and nipples is sometimes the first sign of pregnancy, i know for me it was. Increased appetite and urinating are also some of the first signs. I never had headaches or anything like that, but then again pregnancy effects everyone differently. You have some of the first signs of being pregnant but what you need to think about is, are you late for your period, when was the last time you had unprotected sex, etc. good luck to you!!
