I have 2005, 4bd/3bth/2 car gar. Clean, upgraded/granite/bamboo.. I see all this sites that offer advertising, but I don't see that they really can do anything for me. I know my price is good and I just need better exposure..

Yes, tre1129 is right. You can post it on the craiglists, however, there are also sites that buys and sells your home, also provides rental property or any other stuff with regards to house. Just beware of cheaters on the net.
