Is it possible to be born with an undersized heart? if SO what would be the symptoms and how would it be treated say if your a teenager?

yes it is possible, and you definitely want to have it checked by your physician. But you can also strengthen and enlarge your heart with proper exercise (cardio), but make sure you get the ok from your physician.
