You are correct Katey2012 that Obama has only been in office for a few months but in that time he has quadrupled the Budget left behind by his predecessor, the very bad Bush everyone wants to bash, who the media said had doubled the Federal Budget from the days of Clinton. During the time of Clinton our country had been attacked by terrorist many times. There was the underground bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993, but many of the youthful voters of today do not remember that. Then there was the bombing of our Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya (from where Obama’s father came) that left 258 dead and over 5,000 injured. The US attacked Sudan and Afghanistan with cruise missiles as a response to the attacks on the embassies. The US attacked an alleged chemical weapons producing plant in Sudan with 13 cruise missile which resulted in the death of the night watchmen. This attack has come under a great deal of criticism because there has been no corroborating evidence to support the attack. The Afghanistan attack came in the form of over 70 cruise missile at three separate terrorist camps. This attack killed an estimated 24 people but failed to get Osama Bin Laden. Then in the last few months of Clinton’s administration in October 2000 Al-Qaeda terrorist attacked the USS Cole in Yemeni killing 17 sailors and injuring 39 crewmen aboard the American navy ship. Clinton did nothing and that just emboldened the terrorist make the attack of 9/11 on the Twin Towers. At the end of four years, let us see where Obama is in his changes to our economy, healthcare, environment, and foreign policy. And twenty years from now we shall see Congress attempting to fix all of the budget problems that the Obama Administration will leave behind. But that will be a whole new generation who will not remember Bush but are sure to be reminded of the spending of Obama as they try to pay the loans that he has placed on them. The question of his birth are because there are so many unanswered items and secrets that seem to be hidden.
I am smart enough to know a real irrational and risky person like Obama from a very sensible person like Bush. Obama speaks well with a teleprompter but so does a snake-oil salesman. Bush on the other hand has problems articulating some words and for that reason many in the media find him to be dim-witted or stupid. Bush ran a multi-million dollar business, a major league baseball team, and the second largest State in the Union, so what did Obama do? What has he done that worked so far?
