Could anyone pleae help me.
I simply can't think of the title of the film, and I have this image in my head after seeing a strange man who was in the bar last night whose actions were exactly the same.
It's a film, late 80s, early 90s with a short, bald monkey-man mutant type character who has a chain around his neck and is wearing a sun visor slightly askew. I believe I recall he was being walked down a corridor as a pet or something.
I know this isn't much to go by, but the image is so vivid and this is really annoying me. I've tried googling for images to no avail.
Please could someone put me out of my misery.
