i have a girl freind that's i can see with my windows live messenger that i always have on, that she is conecting on and off at diferent hoyrs of the night and i want to find out who she is talking to.
Why would you like to know? Is she not free to talk to other people?
Unfortunately you don't have the right to know who she is talking to when she is not talking to you. You can ask her and if you trust in your relationship then she hopefully she will be honest with you. Otherwise, you don't have the right to snoop.

Why not ask her? Be prepared to listen without judgement, if you really want her to tell you. She may or may not be willing to share her business with you and you may or may not like her answers.
