This is a stupid marketing thing. No one is really interested in where your dollar went, if you notice, there is advertising in the site where you register the number on the bill. This organization, along with Where's George, get paid for each hit at their site's. Seems like fun for you, but a very nice cookie is also added to your computer, you get nothing.
