I found this site on ask.com and liked a lot of what I read so I have a very serious post to throw up.

About two years ago I want into my then three year old daughter being touched by her eight year old brother. I pulled him out of the room and talked to both of them seperately.  My son assured me that it was the only time he had ever done this and a friend at school had told him it was okay to do this.  As a law enforcment officer I wanted to contact the school and raise a fuss.  But, concerned with my children left it alone.  We made a rule of no playing in the bedrooms and since have had no other issues.

Are kids are always home as the wife and I work opposite shifts.  My son is now going to be 10 and my daughter 6, and added another little one to the bunch who will be 2 soon.

The main problem now is i have a 5 year old in school and the teacher tells me she is the most polite student she's ever had.  But at home I get the temper tantrums when its time to do homework or pick up her room, or even put her socks on in the morning.  I mention the above history becasue my wife talked to her uncle about the situation and he thinks it stems from the above mentioned incident.  I think it's because she wants to get her way.

Both kids excell in school. My son is in 4th grade and reads at a 7th grade level.  They go to a school that teaches three different speeds of learning depending on how fast or slow your child learns.  My daughter walked into Kindergarten unable to read let alone write very well.  She comes homes with little books and after two months reads to us now.

If you can help or give some advie on how to deal with this please do.

Well I am dealing with almost the same thing right now. My step daughter has the worst temper when she is at home. Biting, kicking, screaming the whole 9 yards. We found out that some one(her granddad) had touched her and it was all stemming from that. I know alot of people shun and curse therapy, but, it really works! We went for "play Therapy" and so far she has made HUGE improvements in her behavior. I think some of it has to do with her wanting her way, but there is most likely a huge part that has to do with the incident you mentioned.
