how to value a purchase into a hunt club membership. Club members are looking for a standard in valuing a purchase price for a new member. Acerage and hunt club on property. 11 members max - when one leaves he receives his $$ back less transaction costs for new member purchasing (at higher price - looking for)

Would be to eventually own and run my own adventure sports centre in SOuth America. I have already put I think the one in Tralee is more leisure and recreation and the one in Kinsale is FAS ran so you is probably more suited to people who pretend they're into adventure sports but really aren't!!
