How do i make more online friends??

which "clean" chat sites can i access to make overseas friends with british students in universities??i am an undergrad student in india a generally good-humoured guy but with certain reservations -prefer maturity,and happy individuals who have no objections to keeping company with ppl of similar attitude!!!infact, anyone of age group 16-29 would be welcome provided they can understand english.love literature,music,making new friends ...and learning more abt ppl of other cultures.
