I am currently in posession of an original, (non-print, or replica), oil painting by a Spanish artist by the name of Francisco de Goya. The name of the painting is "The Bullfight", circa 1810-1815. My question is, if anyone in the field of art curation or art appraisal can help, I would like to know an approximate value or perhaps if this gentlemans pieces of art are desireable or sought out by collectors. I do know that he was born in 1746 and died in 1828, so this would definately be a nostalgic piece of artwork. On the back of this piece was the number 63342. Not really sure if this has any kind of importance or if this would indeed help in finding out its true age and value.
