Independent Sales Agent/DFW Regional Director, May 1998 to November of 2001, then promoted to full time employee, Regional Vice President to present. Primary responsibilities include business development primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Import Traders is a twenty-five year old plus company with corporate offices located in Sugar Land, Texas that specializes in custom manufacturing from Asia. Custom manufacturing products that are labor-intensive such as metal parts for the oil and gas industry, plastic injection molding products, machine parts, sub-assemblies, completed assemblies, and other custom applications. Import Traders has eleven technical offices in Asia.

LOGISTICS PLANNING, INC. (“LPI”) 1995 - 1997
Chief Executive Officer
LPI’s primary function was marketing freight and operationally assessing potential client’s service requirements for AMR Distribution Systems, Inc. (“AMRDS”) AMR Corporation is the parent company of American Airlines as well as the parent company of AMRDS, and has been operating for over 60 years.
LPI was one of only 4 outside sales agents for AMRDS, and provided its expertise and knowledge of the logistics process in addition to the same low rates that would have been utilized through direct contact with AMRDS. Although this arrangement was successful for over two years, with the naming of a new president of AMRDS in May of 1997, all outside sales contracts, including LPI’s were canceled.
Total sales forecast in LPI’s third year were to exceed 10 million US dollars, with a sales goal in excess of 50 million US dollars within five years.
TRANSPORTATION CONSULTING, INC., (“TCI”) 1984
President
January 1984-August 1994, D/FW Airport, Dallas, Texas. Primary function was consulting with corporations, advising and training in all areas of domestic and international freight distribution. Expertise in international banking and documentation. Performed international marketing services for specific clients. Worked with the U. S. State Department and seventy transportation-related companies, such as airlines, steamship lines, truck lines and warehouses on a domestic and international basis. Opened joint venture office in Hong Kong to negotiate international ocean freight. Entered into a joint contractual agreement with TRANS-TRADE, INC. and their agent Aero-Car Corporation located at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Responsible for staffing client’s location with both employees and computer equipment to be totally responsible for all of the client’s distribution functions. Opened domestic offices in Los Angeles and Miami. Despite annual sales of 30 million dollars worldwide, TCI was unable to acquire the proper capitalization essential for its rapid growth due to the banking failures in Texas that included the company’s banks. Millions of US dollars in credit lines, were cancelled.
PENGO INDUSTRIES, INC., Fort Worth, Texas, 1980 - 1983
Corporate Traffic Manager and International Marketing Representative
August 1980-December 1983. Responsible for the transportation and distribution functions for Pengo and its 30 subsidiaries worldwide. Pengo went bankrupt.
OTIS ENGINEERING (Halliburton Corporation), Dallas, Texas, 1976 - 1980
Corporate Traffic Manager
Consultant, then promoted to corporate traffic manager with the responsibility of forming company’s traffic department and integrating with eight Halliburton companies international distribution functions exceeding $50 million on an annual basis.
Starting with one assistant, the traffic function grew to 100 employees and six departments within the Dallas Corporate location of Otis Engineering and 32 warehouse locations worldwide. Including world-wide distribution of oil related products of Otis’s parent company, Halliburton Corporation. Otis Engineering is now known as: Halliburton Dallas.
