where i work there is alot of high school stuff going on backstabbing the works one of my coworkers is racist but trying not to let it be known but inturn using the patients to attack me and also they are one of my managers favorites so if anyone say anything about them the manager jumps all over them and i feel as though they are after me to get me fired because then they can use my slot for as much overtime as they need to give them im am a good worker but they also try to do as atleast as possible and as i do less as they are they tell on me and when i tell on them i get put through the ringer so to speak with harder then it has to be days what can i do to keep my job but stop some of this i dont care if she dont care for people of a different race but we all need a job and the importance of the job is the people we take care of not who likes this person or that person i want to go talk to upper management but im scared i will go through even more stuff or even lose my job
