I need to find my netscape.net email account. It is somewhere in cyberspace. I made an error on July 21 and my screen name is inaccessible to me now and I can't get my contacts back.

I don't know how to post a trouble ticket. Netscape.net addresses don't really exist anymore. I was switched from netscape.net to aim.com through AOL. I can't find anything out except that there is a change pending and it has been since July 21 that I made the error and can't find my email contacts or information.
