The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.
That can be related to many factors 1st is your bank 2nd whom it came from 3rd contact yuor bank then contact who sent the check as it may have been deposited in the wrong account. 4th is it got lost in the wire trasfer so check with all involved 98% of the time they dont get lost.
