Yes, woman who have had ectopic pregnancies are able to have children but if the ectopic pregnancy destroyed one of your tubes, you may not find it so easy to conceive naturally. I would suggest going to see your doctor to discuss your options. If there is a risk of another ectopic pregnancy, your doctor may want to explore embryo implantation with you.
