gas meter tampering on home in foreclosure in franklin county ohio, columbia gas shut off gas on oct. 13 for nonpayment. we moved out on oct. 20. someone illegally turned gas back on. no one living in the house all winter .i called gas co. to arrange final payment which was payed in early feb. got a call from gas co. on march 3 telling me i owed 903.00 and that meter was tampered with. house sold feb. 27 at sheriffs sale.
