All Pharmaceutical Medications Have side affects and there's no telling which way your body will react at certain times because there are so many variables to consider. These so called medications are altogether unnatural to the body and will only do more harm than good. Eat fresh fruits veggies and the best water you can find and stop poisoning yourself in the name of medicine and food. A raw foods diet is that which they cannot make a fortune on and they don't learn nutrition in the best medical schools fro the m,ost part so its not part of their solutions. For the time being weed yourself off the many poisons that we call food and medicine and begin to cleanse your body.

I know you think I'm crazy because this is sooo different than anything said in the mainstream but its the truth. Take it or leave it. Your Body is on my side. ;)

Maria, as far as your medication causing early menopause it is highly doubtful. That is generally genetic.

However when it comes to menopause causing or exascerbating your seizures, that IS highly likely. Medically it's a proven fact that the hormone levels in a females body can directly affect the advent of or severity of seizures. Talk to you doctor, he/she may have to adjust your medication.

And why do you think you are menopausal? Have you had blood tests done to determine this? At your age you very well could be peri-menopausal. The symptoms are very much the same, and without the aide of a blood work-up, there is no way to determine which is the case. You need to see your doctor and get to the bottom of it. The very stress of worrying about it could increase the likelyhood of seizures, and the frequency there of. Make an appt. tomorrow and find out what is going on for your own piece of mind.

Good luck and get going.
