I was at a dental office recently and one of the dental tools placed in my mouth had an awful odor. It was like nothing I had experienced before. I think it smelled like some kind of decomposition. I was afraid to complain because I didn't want to insult the dentist. Looking back, I think I should have. Should I be worried here?
