Smile, it's contagious!

Computer cookies are information that YOU ENTER in your PC.  If that info is  eroneous then yes it can be wrong, mistaken, or inaccurate.  However if what you enter is correct and accurate the answer is no.

I'm all jacked up on Mountain Dew!

This sounds like a dangerous question.  Citrine is right, they are based on information that you enter from your pc.  Sorry.

Cookies are placed on your computer by web sites where someone using your computer has visited.  They are ways for the site to track its users to see where and what items the users are interested in.  Can they be wrong, probably not, but I would not take anyone's word from this site, including mine.  You need to contact a computer expert or go to an actual computer site where there is support help available. The one that comes to mind is www.helpmerick.com. I'm sure there are more sites or if you know someone(other  than a salesman) who works with computers, such as a teacher, you might just ask them.  Go to google and search for "Computer cookies" to read more.
