Frivolous question--but I've been watching "The Biggest Loser" on NBC on and off. Tonight on the finale I kept wondering--where is all the excess skin on these contestants? All the gastric bypass patients I've known have needed some surgery for this issue--particularly, some of these contestants are not youthful enough to have that kind of automatic tautness regained.
